N.D.Heroes FC- ND Heroes Football Private Limited
New Delhi Heroes Football Club was established in 1939 and is the most successful professional football club from the capital. IOS acquired the club in April 2007 and has been investing in and managing the club with the aim of providing football fans with a club that can compete at the International level.

- Winner of Delhi League – 1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1958, 1959, 2008
- Qualified for the main round in the Osian’s Durand Cup, 2007 & 2008
- Semifinalist at the 4th LG CUP-2008, New Delhi
- Delhi’s only second division licensed football club for the I League (National League)
- Winners of the Federation Cup Qualifiers- 2008
